Tom's Quality Millwork is a family-owned and operated hardwood manufacturer located in Ashford, Wisconsin. Since its inception in 1985, the company has been steadfast in its commitment to producing exceptional products. Throughout the years, Tom's Quality Millwork has undergone remarkable growth, expanding its production and warehouse facilities on 11 separate occasions. This expansion has been instrumental in transforming the company from a modest 2,000 square foot facility into an impressive nearly 400,000 square foot establishment. The driving force behind this growth has been our unwavering dedication to meeting the diverse needs of customers across the entire United States.

In 1994, Tom's Custom Millwork underwent a name change to become Tom's Quality Millwork. This change was made to better encapsulate our mission in Ashford: manufacturing the finest products in the millwork industry. Quality permeates every aspect of our operations, and we believe it is of utmost importance. That's why we decided to include it in our name.

At Tom's Quality Millwork, we are committed to optimizing resources through the efficient utilization of hardwood lumber. We ensure that even our leftovers and shavings are put to good use. Our fall-off pieces are employed for finger-jointer and glued panels, while our shavings are fully utilized. By minimizing waste, we believe we are playing our part in conserving resources and ultimately maintaining competitive pricing.

Equipped with cutting-edge machinery and equipment, our facility operates nine high-speed moulders, advanced finger-jointer equipment, state-of-the-art glue lines, and various other state-of-the-art technologies. These tools enable us to streamline our manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional products to our valued customers.
